I had been wanting to get back into the hobby and because of the pandemic and R2R I finally have a tank alive again!

I know others have started new tanks, made progress, updates, or upgrades to current tanks through all this nonsense.

I thought it would be cool to share all the positive work we have been doing on these little worlds (sorry if this thread already exists and I didn't find it in my searches).

Im not gonna lie, unless it’s just the picture, or my eyes are bad, but your stand sketches me out. Are there supports I’m not seeing? Or is the weight very minimal? For me, it’s just hard to tell from the pics. Thanks

Ha, it's only 7.5 gallons, no concern at all.

It is but I can see that your plywood already is showing some flex. Just run some hardwood across the front at the top the you won’t have any flex.

Seriously! Holy cow, disregard that, haha. It’s hard for perspective sometimes without being there. Me personally, I wouldn’t have guessed 7.5g!

Thanks! I worked pretty hard to get the proportions just right. You are the second person to mention that it doesn't look that small, seems to have worked.
