Anyone know if Shark and Reef International is legitimate? I can't find much about them online, but they seem to have a wide selection of sharks and rays.
 
Been waiting 6 months for a shark I paid upfront and preordered owner Jeremy told me it would be a month tops now he doesn’t respond d and when he does says they are in just need to get confirmation... looking like a scam
 
I ordered an impeller from this business. After not receiving it, I followed up a few weeks later and was told they are working with their supplier. After following up again a week after that, they said the seller wouldn't be able to ship the part and they would refund me. After continuing to try to work with them for my refund amicably for over a month, I've had to resort to working through PayPal.

This company is NOT legitimate. Find another store.
 
This is ACTUALLY Jeremy. I have been in this business for 8 years and have been on SharkWeek and Seaworld bought my exclusive video footage for the smooth hounds. Care for the episode name? "On the Edge" Please quit posting negative things because a transaction didn't go well for you. We are not Amazon, and we don't offer 2 hour shipping. Thanks!
 
Also, Scott and Eric Cohen actually gave me the most insight on how to ship sharks when I first started in 2014. (Ask rep Jairo at SDC).
 
Did you just hop on a forum and criticize customers that had legitimate issues working with your business as if they are in the wrong?

Customer service fail.
 
The fact that someone paid upfront for a shark, and they did not receive it for at least 6 months is not acceptable. I can't stand when stores allow you to purchase an item that they do not have ready to go. If it's not in stock ready to ship then don't list it for sale, simple as that.

No, but who goes and complains on a forum and calls them scammers/frauds/etc. ? You're not a shill right?
 
When I first started back in 2014 I LITERALLY had a company (competition) call me and threaten me that I need to lower my prices because THEIR customers though THEY were ripping them off. They called me 4-5 times a day

My rep said those guys are top league, just listen to them. Don't tick them off. Wanna know what company it was?
