I know I have a ton of pods in my tank, and that's most of what is here, but what are the odd shaped black worms?

Looks like a varied mix of flatworms, some may be harmless, others may eat coral. I generally remove any flatworm I find, can never be too careful.
 
Here's a better pic of some on the glass in my sump, do you think a six line wrasse could fix it? They're reddish orange in color

Those look like flatworms to me, a sixline may help but one fish is definitely not going to eradicate them. In fact, a whole bunch of fish probably wouldn't get rid of all of them even if you didn't feed the tank. Flatworms are pretty prolific little buggers. Having something that eats them is more of a control method and would keep their population from exploding in the tank for the most part.
