Do you run GFO and carbon by reactor？And why don't you try AF ZEOMIX？

Sorry for late reply. I do not use GFO, but do use carbon reactor. Even I did not use Zeomix, but I did use equivalent product from KZ.

No, I run 24x7 zeolite reactor. I now only use Aquaforest food recipe, but not because KZ product problem, but Af product is easier to get in Taiwan.

I actually never bought even one RR, WWC, or ORA, but just marine culture from Indonesia, Australia, and some from friends tanks.

I had a similar issue with one of my Dragon pumps!
Luckily RE exchanged the rotor under warranty.
