Shimming correct?

Is this the correct way to shim up a tank to level it? Shimmed up the corners first then I filled in any gaps

You could have used a lot less, we usually go about every 6" or so, but that's fine, long as you're level.
Check as you fill up, looks like you might be on a floating floor, might need to make some adjustments as weight is added.
 
Will do i plan on not cutting shims for a few weeks so it can settle
 
It should be plenty settled when full, if it continued to move after that it would be a framing issue
