Shimp looking alien

Hi guys

While looking at my sand under microscope we spotted something we have never seen before.
What is it and should I be worried?
One picture is living moving one and the other looks like caucus of some sort

I'm no expert but I'm going to say 95 percent a pod of some sort which are good guys to have in your tank. I am sure you will get one of the other more knowledable members here to chime in but that's what I believe it is.
