Shiny marble looking thing on Rock?

Was trying to kill some apt Asia and this is the first time I noticed this I don't know if I should try and poke at it or move it has anybody ever seen something like this before

I almost want to say a bubble algae bubble.
 
Bubble algae. Don't pop it, it will release spores all over the tank.
Normally you just take out the rock and gently pry it off intact, but you might need to chip off some of the rock to get at it in that hole.
 
They have an almost metallic shine to them. Considering that, I'd bet it actually is green and what you're seeing is the light and rock reflected.
 
Yes ur guys where right took rock out chiped rock back plucked it off and got little pin hole so sprayed it down it ro water and scrub with a toothbrush. Thanks for the replys
