I placed an order for the K7 mini lights on Monday, January 29th. It’s been 6 days and I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation, when I try tracking the order, it says order placed.

Im in Canada, could I please receive a timeline on around when I can expect shipping. Order number 2259.
