Haha i wish i had thay issue. Being that i buy waaaay more than i sell i am loaded with boxes lol. My wife asks when we can get rid of that "trash". I tell her someday i gonna get big orders for all my fancy brown palys and i will need those boxes.

bump still on the hunt best I find online is 6$ a box w stryofoam does that sound about right?

get free USPS boxes turn them inside out. go to big box store and get a sheet of insulation cut it to dems of box uncluding the top. be more than $6 but you will have plenty to do it a few times.
