Shipping Delay

Man i am absolutely devastated. I had a large shipment of 30+ corals to arrive today from Aquasd and there was an operational delay in Louisville KY. I spent about $370 and now it's rescheduled to deliever on Nov 24 due to the holiday. I'm gonna guess that this is gonna be too long of a sitting time and everything is gonna be gone. Anyone else had shipping nightmares?

Did you contact the shipper and make sure they are aware? Very reputable co. And it's probably not their first experience with shipping issues. They will take care of you.

My tank, corals and fish, just survived a 3+ day power outage with tank temps falling to 60, probably below. I have no experience with AquaSD but their reputation is well known to be good, I assume they've packed the boxes well, there is a chance things will turn out ok.

Yeah I sent an email. Haven't gotten a reply yet. We will see how it turns out.

I believe they have their own thread on this forum in the sponsors section. You might want to post there as well. Obviously they did nothing wrong but just to get their attention. Again I have bought many coral from them they are a fantastic company and they have communicated with me well

Aqua SD is a great company to work with. I just got thirty or so frags myself this morning from their eBay and live sale. Their packaging is great. Allot of my zoas were open in the bag and the acros had their polyps out. It should be good but if not Will and aqua SD have great service and will make it right

Got an email from them. They said send them pictures of the DOAs. They will take care of me. I love this company. I honestly refuse to order from anyone else and this right here is a reason why. I can go into my holiday stress free. Their packaging is unbelievable so I do believe some of the corals will have a chance at making it.
