I just fragged a yellow sea whip and orange spiny sea rod into about 4" pieces. I am going to wait at least a week before shipping but I have a few questions about it. Can I ship them two day? Is it best to not have them attached to anything because it could damage them?

I would ship loose if it were to break free of the plug or disk it could do alot of damage bouncing around in the bag.

Ok thats what I thought. Is a week enough to let it heal and can I 2-day it?

Just watch the weather for shipping 2 day if they get too warm they will peel.
You could wrap a cold pack in some papertowel if need be.

It has been running about 100-110 in mid day here on the heat index. It don't get there when the mail runs though, then it's only like 95 or so. Unless it runs late then look around mid to high 90's.

Lol do I need to pack one as well in there? It is no problem, I have like 3 in my freezer from past shipments I have received.

With temps. like that I don't know about shipping 2 day,you might be better to bite the bullet and do overnight with a facility pickup,unless you can put the frag in about a gallon of water so the volume in the bag won't get overheated.100-110 degrees your ice packs will turn to heat packs in a very short amount of time.

Wow, I would be sick as a dog! Ok man, I will have everything fragged and ready for Monday shipping! Also, the weird shroom is attached to a large rock. It is easy to remove really but do I need to wait until shipping day to remove it or do it now and get it to attach to a small piece of rubble or something?

just take a hammer and screw driver and chip some rock off with it then glue the rock to rubble

I think it's attached to a 5 lb rock that everything is on. Maybe no, maybe it is attached to the smaller rock and that way I can get it. I think it is attached to a small piece of rubble and to a piece of rock.
