How much to charge for shipping
How to package

The how to package is my biggest ordeal to overcome since I've never done this before so as much help as I could get on this topic would be great. Note most of my shipping will be of zoas/palys

Most places I've seen have a pretty common flat rate of around $30 but it depends on how much it costs to do overnight shipping to the places you're shipping too.

Would it be better to do a flat price or buyer pays shipping type deal

Not sure what looks better in a post and not sure if the hassle of exstended communications with buyer is worth it to figure out shipping price to each of them and then handle that payment.

I think initially you could do individualized shipping but if you start doing a bunch of orders a week, it may be better to figure out a flat rate and save yourself from some hassle.

The two times I have ordered corals, the DOA policy was always void once the seal on the bag the corals were in was broken. In order for the DOA policy to work, I would have had to send the seller a picture of the melting coral in the bag.
