Shipping Safely in Extreme Cold

1. We use 1.5 inch thick biodegradable styrofoam boxes to ship ALL our products, no matter what.

2. We check weather before shipping and add heat packs as needed.

3. We use UPS two day shipping to minimize transit time.

One last thing we've done is that we've added Wednesday as a shipping day. At first this seems minor, but there are many cases where a customer's weather is expected to be pretty bad on Wednesday (when a package shipped Monday would arrive), but conditions are expected to improve later in the week. With your permission, of course, in cases like that we could potentially hold off on shipping until Wednesday, for a Friday delivery.
