Hi everyone I’ve never really ordered online and had coral delivered to my doorstep but I finally but the bullet and did it. I was super excited to get my order this morning only to find out UPS has stranded my package in Kentucky. I’m unsure how well my nem and coral will do with an extra 24 hours in a bag and the vendor I got it from says they will not cover delays in shipping and UPS also says the same thing. The last thing I want is to be out $100+. I dont know what course of action to take here so any advice would be great!

Nothing you can do but hope for the best.

UPS will do nothing to help you, it's still in the container and they cannot open the container until it reaches the destination dispatch.

I have had corals sit a weekend and be ok, I have also had corals be late one day and arrive as mush.

In the worst case scenario have you found that the vendor try’s to make it right? Or did they leave you S.O.L.

I've had it go both ways. But the package should be insured for $100 minimum, most packages have that built in to the shipping price. You can buy more insurance if you choose.

Well that’s good news at least. As I was typing this the vendor called me and gave me an update on my order and said if things die they’ll send new ones to me!

I posted a thread about the same issue. Glad your vendor reached out. Mine hasn't yet. Crazy thing is that UPS so refund shipping cost to the vendor and we are SOL.

I shot them an email this morning and they ended up calling me to give me the run down. Someone just needs to make a coral courier company
