Shipping times during pandemic?

My T5 fixture burnt out yesterday so I order a pair of Prime HDs from you guys plus the mounts.

I've noticed some of my orders don't go out until days after their placement.

What are your guys average shipping times right now? I'm hoping all my stock makes it by the time the lights get here!

Are fish essential? HaHa ...Spike the curve!

Oh and expect major delays. Mine have been a week or 2 delayed

From MarineDepot? **** don't tell me that man I don't need my tank crashing. Last thing I ordered was 3 days until shipment, I was hoping a day quicker.

If you went with free shipping over $29 it will be awhile but if u paid the extra $2.99 my package was received in couple days

They didn't give me an option to pay anything else otherwise I would have.

You know, I went to go see if this is the case and it's inconsistent as hell.

The oldest order on there 4/8 was free shipping, shipped a day later.

4/14,15 and 17 I paid 5.99 for faster shipping.

So, the order on the 17th that I paid the highest amount for shipping, shipped the slowest.

We usually offer expedited, however, with the pandemic going on, we temporarily turned this feature off. Sorry for the confusion.

Yep, I was even worried about the frozen food, but it arrived completely frozen still after like 3 day shipping!!

Thanks for this, Amy! I sent in a request via email to customer support along if there was any way I could ship faster. I wasn't given the option and I'm afraid that's because these items are going to ship from the manufacturer.

Stuff got here today and is fantastic. Fish and corals are very happy! Thanks @MarineDepot you guys rock!

I know the mounts are technically supposed to go the other way, but with a rimmed tank they hold flatter and safer the other direction. Plus there's no set screw to rust out on this side.
