How do you go about shipping macroalgae and what’s the standard cost?

Macro is pretty hardy and doesn't need much for shipping. I've seen it shipped USPS priority mail (2 day) with or without a heatpack. Depends on where it is going. If you're shipping somewhere that it is at or below freezing during the day, I'd ship with a heatpack. Otherwise, I would just put it in a double bag, pop it in a flat rate box and send it.
