Shopping experience from Bigshow Frags

I bought some corals more than one week ago from Bigshow frags but so far no updates on my order and no response for my inquiries. I am located in California, first time buying from them. Has anyone had similar experience with them?

They are located in Canada, anything passing through customs may take a bit and its also been in the 90's in parts of California. Any reason why you ordered from them?

I didn’t know they are in Canada. They do ship to Us, I don’t mind the delay but it bothers that they are not responding

For two weeks, no order updates, no response to emails, phone calls went to voicemail. Gave up and opened a dispute to my credit card company. Will avoid this shop in the future.
