Darn its a little too big for your counter top. I'll take it off your hands!
Nice your going to love the leopard. Don't go poking the sand for it!!
One day you'll wake up and it will be a completely different fish.
Had a truly enjoyable time this past evening ... Still up acclimating that holothurian!
In addition to a long and lovely pink turd (~_^) of a sea cucumber, I picked up a maxi-mini carpet, a couple of blennies and an orange-backed fairy wrasse - along with a wealth of knowledge and the kinds of smiles you can only share with people who understand your obsession.
Thanks to Jeromy and all the staff at Shoreline, who put up with our questions and our requests, who stayed late into the evening in a frenzy of bagging and ringing-up, and who made sure that each guest was well-taken-care-of. It takes more than a little skill to maneuver in such a small space, but they got marine life out of their tanks and into ours at record rates!

Had a fantastic time yesterday. Jeromy, Colin, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. It was great to see so many familiar faces make the trip to support a fantastic LFS, reminds me why I love this club so much! It was also great to see some new faces, who I look forward to getting to know. Jeromy and Shoreline helped get this year started off on a very high note and I see no reason not to keep up this pace for the next 10 months! Thanks again Jeromy, you have a great shop!!

hey jeromy thank you so much for putting on such a great event. My kid who has zero attention span is really into the hobby and had a blast!!!

Those guys have been doing great. They've been eating anything I put in there... Flake, Rod's, Krill. You're going to have to get him some friends
I WILL need to get another one - he looks so lonely by himself. I need a good name for him - my son likes to give them superhero names, but sometimes I step in. I think my husband managed to film him digging down into his burrow when I put him in the tank.
I wanted one so bad but with my shallow sand bed that would be no good!
I did pick up some awesome livestock though I will have to take some pictures when I get home.

They remind me of Oscar's pet worm Slimey.
I have a really nice female blue star leopard wrasse who has been begging me to pick her up a boy friend. So I picked up the male blue star and when I put him into the tank he immediately went into hiding in the sand. I guess the female will have to wait a bit to meet her new beau.

Honestly it may be 2 weeks or more.
I thought the same thing but I just took a look at the tank and the male is out swimming around. He seems very comfortable and relaxed. I suppose it helps when you have a female flirting with you.
Neil, your donated tickets won a few new things for the Lutz tank, mostly supplements and carbon media. Thanks again for all your support to the club and the lutz tank!
It's the least I can do. I really appreciate the effort the new Board and support staff are doing to bring the club back to the good old days. From talking to some of the LFS I know you guys are out pounding the pavement. Working with stores like Shoreline and knowing other upcoming events are in the works, I feel CTARS is headed in the right direction.

so for all that were there and saw my son's reaction to winning that 4.5 gallon tank in the raffle he got it home and it was cracked. He called Jeromy and we stopped in the store today. Jeromy gave hime a 5 gallon marineland tank. He is one happy kid right now! And i have some ora black ice clowns now Thanks Jeromy!!!!!!
