Short Video - pls help ID filamentous fuzz?

Help. Nitrates are about 15, PO4 around .7.
Alkalinity 7.05 and temp stable around 77F.

Recent changes: Added coral about 2 weeks ago after a 2 month QT. Dipped all twice..
added clean up crew from reef cleaners (many hermits, snails)
Refugium has not fully grown in but sea lettuce is growing rapidly,

not sure what this could be. Thanks in advance!

Thanks. Found in three locations in the tank quite spread from each other. One does not receive that much light. Would you remove?

They are good filter feeders I’d just leave it won’t hurt anything
