Shoul I get a tailspot blenny? Or something else?

Currently have 2 clownfish and a yellow watchman goby in a Red Sea max E170 so volume is 45 but display is 38 gallons. From what I understand a tailspot would be compatible and have plenty of room. Just wondering about people's experiences with a tailspot. Love them or hate them? This is my first tank and it is a little over a year old.

Currently my goby comes out and perches on sand mounds he has built. Do you think the blenny will affect his behavior? Make him more shy or anything?
