25g is a little small for a flasher and very small for a solorensis.

Agreed I had a Solarensis in my 36 gallon bowfront and he turned into a super aggressive unholy terror on all my fish (even my Mandarin). Even my Flame Angel wasn't as bad and that's saying something.

Solaris Fairy wrasse. Pretty, inexpensive, easy to keep, hasn’t tried to jump....yet.

It may only be a matter of time i lost one (it jumped out) and I had a cover glass on at the time that came with the system when I bought it new. the cover glass had a 1/8th inch gap right round it but had been pushed to on side and the Solar wrasse managed to hit that quarter of an inch gap.

I would go with a purple firefish (https://www.liveaquaria.com/product/173/?pcatid=173) which to me are the nicer one other than the helfrichi (www.liveaquaria.com/product/171/firefish-helfrichi?pcatid=171&c=15+2124+171).

Yup and they are easily bullied and can spent an awful lot of time hiding. My purple firefish was the number one target for bullying by any fish that was remotely assertive (both my Flame Angel and Solarensis Wrasse targeted my Purple Firefish almost immediately) and would spend 90% of it's time in it's cave. I have learned to loathe fish that hide, basically nothing more than an unwanted source of nitrates and waste when they hide all the time
