should i be worried about my torch

I finally found balance in my tank and sticking with only reef crystals I'm starting to see things finally on the better side one thing I have not seen Gooding good is my torch coral I've had it for at least 3-4 months now it has not died but it's not thriving either. My hammer coral is out and about and zoas are finally spreading out but I don't know maybe it's just dieing and should probably just get another one and also there's like little slug like creatures on the head not sure what that is either. Here's some pics this is as big as the torch gets since I got it calcium and alkalinity are good cal 430 and alkalinity is 9-10dkh sal is 1.024 and 0 nitrites nitrates and ammonia

Also do you guys know what the other thing growing besides the zoanthids the bigger one is doesn't look like it's part of the other zoa

0 nitrates? how long has your tank been running? how do you keep them so low?
and that looks like alot of light on the torch,

I do a 2g water change every Monday I try to stay on top on feeding less a d cleaning the tank all the time so i don't even nitrates as much as my other parameters because there always zero the light is actually not that bright it's my camera picking up too much let me take another pic

I just took another to show you I actually have it like at 20% power with actinic light because if I go full light the corals seem to not like it at all and right now they seem happy
