Should I be worried about this clownfish behavior?

I've had my larger clownfish separated from the smaller one for a few weeks due to the smaller one being bullied and hiding for its life. I just recently put them back together and now the smaller one is going after the larger one but the larger one isn't putting up with it. Should I be worried they're both females and one will be killed or should I let them sort it out? They're both pretty small still. The smaller one is probably barely over an inch long. Sorry for the dirty glass. I plan on switching the tank out for a newer one this week or next so I haven't bothered to clean it.

And sorry I put this under the wrong sub.

Shouldn’t have separated them. In isolation they will begin to change to female. Now putting them back together may end in a death.

They were separated but able to see each other since the bigger one was in an acrylic mushroom box. She was beating on the smaller one so bad that it was hiding under an anemone and any time it even thought about coming out the larger one attacked and took some chunks out of its fins. For the price I paid I really didn't want to see the smaller one get killed, so I gave the larger one a time out in the shroom container. It seems like the squaring off only lasted an hour or 2 and now they are fine so far.
