Its really hard to tell what exactly we are looking at.... is this picture from inside the tank? and are those air pockets in the seam of the silicon?

And the air bubbles are actually in the silicon bead that joins two panes of glass?

I think it’s between the brace and the glass panel

you mean the black plastic bracing around the tank? if so, that's not sealed to the glass. If there's an air pocket between it and the glass on the outside it's nothing to worry about.
