These are spirobid worms and are more of a nuisance versus problem.
You can take the frag out into a container of tank water and scrape them off with a pairing knife and place back in tank
 
I have millions in my tank. They cover my rocks and glass lol. Anyone have a solution? I’m thinking wrasses, but don’t know which one is best and reef safe.
