Should I be Worried? Torch

Hi. My Torch has this green part on its stem which seems to be increasing. Is this a natural thing or should i be worried? Do you know the cause and the cure if it is not a natural occurrence? Thank you for your help everyone.

If you are referring to the bottom of the skeleton looking darker than the top near the head that is perfectly normal, the newer growth near the top is lighter, the lower gets stained over time and will appear darker.
 
+1 on what @Retro Reefer said. That light colored part above the base is actually coral flesh and a sign of a healthy euphyllia. That stem you are referring to is just the hard coral skeleton head.

IMO it looks like the current is throwing the tissue to one side Hence the white part of the skeleton. Not that this is bad, but IME it should be kind of "grey", occupied by pineapple sponges, worms etc. Full so to say, with an ecosystem beneath it. Maybe it was just a bad shot. (a point in time). GL.
