Should I be worried?

These can be extremely fussy. Mine stayed in one spot for months and looked great and then decided he wants to find a better spot and now he’s been moving every day for months.

Yesterday he went under a frag shelf and popped up through a frag plug hole, I was like well that’s kinda cool. The next day he was on the other side of the tank

they kinda will do whatever they want. As long as it’s not melting or decaying it’s probably ok
 
Definitely looks stressed out and unhappy.

On the other hand sometimes BTAs just... do that.

Not really anything you can do for it except have the right conditions for it. They are a bit suicidal too...
 
if its attached to the rock whilst being upside down, i have hopes it will come back.
Update it’s looking way better a water change seemed to do the trick
