Hello Helpful people,

I think I bought a frogspawn a couple of months ago and put it into my tank next to my hammer coral, the frogspawn has now grown at a significantly quicker rate and is irrating the hammer. Is this known to be invasive?

Thanks in advance.

I would also recommend moving the hammer and leaving the frogspawn where it is. I have also noticed in my systems that a frogspawn appears hardier than any of the hammers I have tried.

UPDATE

I Moved him over and he's not looking to great but neither is the frogspawn, I don't think it's because they miss each other.

Tanks running at :
8.1dkh
450 ppm Cal
1500 ppm mag
20 pm nit
0.02 ppm Phosphate
8.2 ph

Alk fell to 6.9 dkh recently bit did water change 20% and since started dosing alk more frequently.

Thanks
