Hello, I bought 2 Clown fish last Saturday and the smaller of the 2 has what appears to be a small hole near its heads. I'll try and get another picture with no blues

Possibly Hexamita (an internal parasite which migrates into the sensory pores on the head.)

Stringy white poop is another symptom of Hexamita. Have you seen that?

Great now I see a white spot on him

Feed metroplex and focus to bind it. Mix it in with frozen food, feed for ten days I believe. I'll let the man answer specifically as he's better with this type of infestation than I but I am 99% sure it'll entail metroplex and focus for the white stringy poop.

Correct. You'll feed the metroplex and focus once a day for 10 days. It may take longer since intestinal worms like this can be quite stubborn at times.

^^ Perfectly stated.

Thank you all,
How do this sound

Move my 3 fish to quarantine ( azure damsel and 2 clowns)

Soak their frozen mysis in metroplex and focus and feed once a day until their poop is normal

You can move them into QT if you feel it's better than the display, but using Focus to bind the med to the food will make it a reef safe option. You can feed this in the display until the white poop goes away. Your choice either way.

update i have the my fish in quarantine for 10 days. I have been treating with focus and metro mixed in with frozen brine shrimp. She still has stringy poop but not a white and not as long

question what does normal clown fish poop look like?

For one, the fish looks pretty thin. Is it eating?

I'm not an expert on poop but I don't think you're out of the woods yet, but it's hard to tell from the photo and this is not my expertise
