So I picked up a 265 gallon clarity plus acrylic tank a week ago. I get it home and now I am really starting to look at it and I noticed that the acrylic has a belly in the front and back panel. Should I be worried? It’s only 1/2” acrylic but it has three cutouts on the top that are 18”x9”. I really don’t want 265 gallons on the floor and even more important the loss of everything in it. I guess what I’m asking is, is it safe or did I just get taken

Hard to tell from the pics. Do the seams look OK? Was it filled before you bought it. I would probably make sure its level in a safe place like the garage and fill it for a week and see what it does. Good luck with it

Seams look fine, I just don’t want it to pop. No it was not filled it was in a garage. She said that they never had the money or time to get it up and running. Also said that her husband got it from work and it was up and running there.
