Should I be worried?

So I went on a 4 day vaca and my dad took care of my tank for me. I feed my bubble tip anemone well before I left and told him not to worry about it. On Saturday he called and told me the anemone had closed up but it was the tipa were sticking out. Sunday night I came home and it was opening and then it looked like this. Should I be worried? It’s always be open but never looked like this. IK this is probably a stupid question but this is my first anemone.

Usually the tentacles are more spread out and not shrunk in certain areas

Looks bleached. What's your water parameters?

I'd reduce your light intensity a little.

I agree. Reducing light intensity would be a good start.

When I got home my nitrates was a little high so I did a water Change. I also decreased the lighting intensity. I went to my LFS and the believe feeding is the issue. I was just feeding it was I feed my fish which is a mixture of rods reef food and a mixture brine and Mysis shrimp. So the recommended krill which I came home today and feed it a piece.
