I’m worried about the test kits causing you anxiety. The tank looks like the early ugly stage.

Are you changing water? Testing for Phosphate?
Do you have any fish or snails or hermit crabs in the tank?

The coral looks good / ok but not crazy happy in the photo.

How much water movement is in the tank? Those corals come from oceanic conditions with lots of water movement plenty of food and sunshine and continuous water changes.

I'd be concerned about the dinoflagellates. Looks like they are bothering that frogspawn coral. Blow them off with a turkey baster and do a water change. Turn your lights down for about a week too. As for the water parameters, I wouldn't trust those readings. API tests are so inaccurate. Definitely need to get a Salifert or Red Sea rest kit.

I haven't done a water change yet should I start to do them now? I have a 2 turbo snails, 4 hermit crabs, 4 nassarius snails, 2 clownfish and 1 powdered brown tang.
