Should I break off the dead parts?

My poor galaxia suffered a bit in my mini crash. Everything has recovered bu, my galaxia is not growing. Are the dead parts stopping it? Should I break it off to allow it to grow again or just leave it alone? Please forgive the haziness, I just finished feeding everyone.

You can - If you can. I tend to just leave them.

Leave and see if it regenerates. After a couple months, if no growth it’s up to you. I wouldn’t cut it now if it’s already stressed.
