Should i buy this fish?

Hi i have been looking for a small bluface angel for a while and 1 just popped up on DD but it says its blemished. Is this something life threatening or curable? Love the size of this fish. Just not sure if it makes sense to buy it

Looks like scar tissue. Not life threatening and quite common with majestics and blueface- many large angels. It eventually goes away given proper husbandry.

That is HLLE. Common after copper treatment especially in angels and zebrasoma tangs.

It's not severe and can probably be corrected. As long as the fish is offered pristine water to live in and vitamin supplements added to high quality frozen prepared foods.

Zoecon is the best additive for HLLE. However I rotate each back of food I make, using a single supplement each time. I use vitachem, selcon, Zoe, zoecon.

I plan on putting him in to qt with copper. Would that make it worse?
