Should I combine both tanks?

I bought another water box marine 110.4 and was wondering if I should combine my anemone tank to the main tank? Also by combine I mean transfer everything to the big tank. I am upgrading my 40l that I only have 2 anthias and 1 fox face and and Royal gramma. The Nem tank has a storm clown and 10 nems. The Nem tank is upstairs and is on auto pilot but it’s a pain doing water changes up stairs. Is there a down fall on adding the nems to the new tank and consolidating everything into 1? The nems will move most likely but how annoying will this be in the long run?
