Should I dip my bubble coral or let it be?

Maybe a couple of weeks ago, one of the bubbles of my bubble coral became black. For a week, it didn't seem to make a difference. But now it's going downhill. I have Lugol's Solution (Kent Marine iodine dip). Is that the way to go, or is it better to leave it alone? Here are pictures of: a few months ago, Sunday, and just a few minutes ago. Would love advice.

Looks like it may be bjd. If so, iodine dip won’t help it. Cipro is the med of choice.

OK, so I put it in a half gallon of day-old saltwater mix with 125mg of Cipro like the reefer who's mushroom recovered (for just-shy of 2 hours). Now I'm going to dip again tomorrow, I assume I should make a new batch of saltwater/Cipro?
