I bought cuprion from brs. I'm about to start the copper process. Some have warned me that cuprion is too harsh and that I should use copper power. I have a salifert copper test. Thoughts?

Copper power seems to be the most gentle across the board.

What fish are you treating?

Firefish currently.

Long term.
Clowns
Diamond goby
Flame angel
Royal Gramma
Bengaii cardinal

The ideal thing to use would be chloroquine phosphate. But it's hard to obtian a vet provided RX sometimes.

Only experience I have with cuprion is testing it with the Hanna checker I have never used it on any fish.

If it were me, I would buy copper power and the Hanna checker if you can't easily obtain pharmacuetical grade CP.
