Should I get a little urchin?

You just halved the available natural food for your starfish (which IMO is imperative for a chance at long term survival). Also, I would wait several more months before trying an anemone, your tank is just a couple months old, it’s still bacterially and chemically volatile. It’s possible for an anemone to survive in an immature tank, but the likelihood of not just surviving, but thriving goes up exponentially in a mature tank. I’m not trying to gatekeep, but I would strongly recommend trying some hardy soft corals first, and once you’ve kept those alive AND growing for six months, then try anemone.

Just wondering... I have a 13.5g tank with 4 fish and snails. I have loads of coraline and a bit of algae. Can I get one of them? They’re adorable.
Yes. A smaller tuxedo urchin will do just fine. I've had one in my Evo since January 2021.

I have 2 pencil urchins and I dislike the guys. Plenty of algae for them to eat ( reason I got them) The smaller one has now almost eaten one of my Seahorses I rescued him and treated the bite. Moved him out of my seahorse tank and he ate legs off my serpent star and killed him. Ate my Kenya tree, 2 healthy frags of zoa and I just caught him munching down on my frogspawn He’s got to go!
