Auto dosing makes life much easier but in a 20 litre tank you need to watch the levels very closely as they will easily get out of control quickly

The Red Sea products are good, I use them, but also take a look at the Red Sea ABC+ skeletal elements which is designed for your size of tank.

You could also look at changing salt to something like the Coral Pro and then you may get away with weekly water changes as the levels are all raised

It's a 20g tank, the L is for Long. I'm going to edit

Same principle applies as I said above but auto dosing may provide more stability in that larger tank.

It depends on size of the tank. Smaller under 40 gals manual is perhaps best as in my case automatic on my large tank, 2 part automatic on my 93 cube and manual on a 50 gallon drop off

Depends on your hardware. I dose 3 part AF 24x7 with two DOS dosers in a 65g and find them very reliable so would be happy to do that in a smaller tank. Expensive but effective. Gives me great stability. It depends how much you trust your Jebao dosers.

Firstly before you decide to buy a doser or not. What are your levels of Ca, Mg and ALK? Are they dropping? You only need to dose to replace consumed or diluted elements
