Wow! Pretty! My guess is a nudibranch....they tend to be very colorful.

Let's see what the #reefsquad has to say.

Note that my rule is when in doubt, pull it out.

It does look a little like a baby plate coral but not at all sure about that. Its one of those times it hurts to live by the pull it out rule because it's really cool looking. I would be somewhat tempted to see if you end up with a positive ID.

I'd say ya got a winner there. I'd keep it cuz it does look like a really cool baby plate. I'm very, very, very doubtful it's a nudi. Check to see if it's attached. It might sting the zoa next to it though.

It looks like a coral to me! I say a grow out thread is in order...
It looks more like a coral than a critter. I was wondering if its a pest coral, like aiptesia.
Does it move? It does look like a little plate with the mouth in the middle. Are the ridges hard? Nudibranches are incredible creatures though and some are very crazy looking.

its def not something that moves. its been on that frag for couple of weeks

Now you have a dilemma. Do you move the zoa or do you move the plate? One of them has to be relocated because the plate will almost certainly sting the zoa. Either way you do take the risk of damaging and losing one or the other. For my money zoas can be replaced, and that plate is gonna be be-au-ti-ful when it grows up. But that's just my opinion.

That's obviously a coral keep it I have one that looks very similar and it's a nudibranch
