It contracts during the day and only open up when the lights are completely off. When I turn on the blue light the tips glow white but then slowly contracts and hides. All my CUC pay no mind to it.

Cornyactis...spellings probably wrong. Ball tipped anemone.

Agreed, likely corynactis. They are a tiny anemone species like aiptasia or majanos, however reproduce at a much slower rate and don’t have the aggressive stinging tendencies that aiptasia have that can inhibit coral growth. It is your choice wether to remove or leave it. Personally I’d probably remove them but they don’t really become problematic.

If you can move it to a corner they won't bother anything and some of them can be quite pretty. Looks more like a pseudocorynactis than a corynactis but there's not too much of difference in the reef tank.

It's secluded on its own little rock. But I originally wanted to put a corl on there so I might have to remove it if it causes issues

They don't hurt anything, but they spread. I had one, now dozens.
I like them still, haven't gone to war with them but be aware.

Googled the word pseudocorynactis and that's exactly what it is
