Should I move my bubble tip or leave him to move himself

I just let him go on a rock for an hour and he is opened does he look good

When he’s not stuck, that’s very worrisome.
If he’s stuck…..NO TOUCH.

My bubble tip move to a spot and he looks like he is not getting a lot of light should I leave him to move him self or move him

Just leave it, it'll find its own spot where its comfortable and lay anchor.
