Bump up your whites 10% and increase flow slightly and also give them a little something to eat and then see how things look

What do i feed them and how would i bump up the flow? My intake pump is at max at 315gph and im using a hydor koralia powerhead at 240gph

Great questions, easy answer:
Your flow is constant- just pitch it slightly down to give them a little movement. For food REEF Roids are best. If you have none ( I recommend you get some) and small squirt of brine shrimp or mysis shrimp will suffice.

Will they eat crill? I have a bunch of that frozen for the nem

Twice per week. Do what I recommend in in a few days you will see a huge difference. Looks like you already have :)

So came home today and they look like this... everything else in the tank is loving life.. i just dont know if this is normal with them... i feel i should move them but i also am trying to keep my hands out of the tank as much as possible..

I know patience is rule #1 in this hobby, i just dont know enough to know how much patience to have... its like when someone gets sick and they dont go see a dr because they think they will be ok but then it gets real bad, they go and the dr says "why did you wait so long to come in??" Idk, stupid analogy but its the best way i could describe my thoughts atm

Acan corals can be weird, they can open, close, stay closed entire days, and then be fine the next day. I would leave them alone for at least as week or two unless you start to see tissue recession or something more serious

There is some tissue recession but i believe it may be from when i had it in the sand i had also got a torch and i think it was too close and got stung... it hasnt gotten any worse i dont think
