I got this aquacultured Yuma from my lfs on Monday. It had moved partially off the frag plug at my lfs. I glued the plug to my rock and assumed it would straighten up. Should I just let if do it’s thing or should I move it so it’s better supported? I’m leaning towards leaving it be but I’m not 100% and my ocd is kicking in.

Mushrooms are corallimorphs, not corals, and rarely stay glued in place. They move until they're content. I'd put it on your sandbed- they don't like much light. It'll move around until it finds a place it likes, but you may as well put it in a nice place, so it won't let go and get blown somewhere.

It’s been like this for 4 days. It’s on a rock on my sand bed.

If it hasn't moved in 4 days, it probably likes it there.

If it being off-center really bothers you, you could always take it and the plug out and put just the mushroom back in that spot. Can't be off-center if there's no plug to be centered on!

Leaving it alone. Thanks!

allow to settle in and offer moderate to medium light and low flow (for now) to allow it to adjust to location and water coditions

Could I add another Yuma to that rock or should I do 1 Yuma per rock? I have another rock beside this one with 3 Ricordea on it but it’s my understanding that Ricordea don’t spread out as much.

Yumas are very delicate. Let happy be. Hopefully you see many buds of that beauty :)
I wasn’t going to get it because I’ve heard how difficult they can be. My buddy at my lfs talked me into because they’ve had the colony for years and most of the problems with yumas come from wild caught ones. Correct me if he’s wrong.

I've got several wild yuma. They all act the same. I angered some born from a friend, they melted away. All it takes is one wrong move.

Wild yumas need to be acclimated to our lights. A lot of them are thrown right on the sand bed, when best to be placed in shade. There's a long story behind that. That's why they're complicated.

Ones born in captivity, have adjusted better. But, not sure the highest amount of light they've be acclimated too. Most I've kept, like lower par. They retreat to shaded areas. Not all. Most.

It’s got just enough flow that I can see it moving but it isn’t being blown around. It’s in the sand bed and I have a 4 bulb t5 light fixture so the light isn’t too intense.

My lfs uses Radion g5 led’s and I use t5 so my lights should be less intense.
