Should i murder this fool or let him survive

Found these guys poking out of my live rock .. tank is still in cycling process...
Doesnt look like abtasia or mojanos to me any ideas as to what it is

Also this live rock came out of a tank that had xenias but they where the lighter variety and i dont think xenias can propigate themselves like that
 
It does look like some kind of soft coral. If you want to get rid of them kalk paste should take care of it, just be mindful of the associated increase in alk
 
They look like some kind of star polyp or possibly left over tissue from an xenia. They are connected by a common base so would not be an aiptasia so they are not likely something to worry about. It is hard to tell as they are a little rough looking and need some food.
 
It's xenia or anthelia or some other soft coral. I would nuke them if you have plans for the tank that involves nice corals. Those softies can overrun a tank quick.

Looks like some cloves. If you don't want them to over run your tank, I would try and remove. You need to make sure to remove ALL of the tissue or they will come right back.;)

I sent them the eviction notice if they dont vacate the premesis im bringing out the super glue
 
They survive for now ...purely for my scientifical curiosity ...and partly due to my confounding lazyness
