It looks like a complex algae of some sort, there's a chance that a traditional dip won't kill it all off.

I cant seem to get a grip on it I have it back in dip maybe I'll use tweezers? Razor? I dont want it in my tank but I do like those little fire and ice

Tweezers would probably work best

I didnt even know that coralline could branch

I think I got most of it with tweezers hopefully I didnt tick him off too badly thanks guys

If it comes back tweeze it again and keep the frag away from others just in case .

I find xacto knife works great for all types of manual removal. Sometimes tweezers or other objects aren't as effective as scraping away with a sharp razor edge. should be fine just keep an eye on it for returning growth
