My first thought would be an orange Elysia sp., possibly E. obtusa or E. flava, but I'd feel a lot more confident with a clearer subject. Any chance you could get a clearer pic (i.e. one that has the slug there more clearly in focus)?

Taking it out of the tank and putting it in a bowl or glass with a plain black/white background can be helpful for getting clearer pics.

Remove. Often its recommended with most nudibranch, unless you placed it in tank, remove it as your first risk will be eggs and a whole future colony of them
 
It's called biodiversity. Creepy crawlies are part of that. They don't have to be bad.
While your not wrong, I have an INTENSE fear of centipedes and millipedes and anything that looks like those just freaks me out! Probably a phobia with how much they scare me. Im good with bristle worms since I never see them lol. But I just cant with them!
