should i start to use PRO F ?

i am fairly new to the AF line. I would consider the tank a light bio load.

10/23 switched to reef salt doing weekly water changes
11/16 started np pro and pro bio s as directed
11/30 started amino, vitality, energy, and build as directed. I also use bios 2 to 3 times a week

alk= 7.1
ca= 410
po4 = .08
nitrates= over 4ppm on red sea test kit

should I start PRO F to help bring down po4 and nitrates ?

Pro bio F is generally recommended for nano tanks. You should continue what you are doing and slowly PO4 and NO3 will reduce more. It will take possibly a month more to attain ULNS.
