Im curious. Somrtimes its hard for me to decide where to put corals.. and i have s orange setosa and golden pavona im not sure where to put.

Right now the pavona is on my largest rock in the tank. Notjing is on it cept a hammer coral and im thinking of swapping this pavona to his own rock near the sandbed.. Ive read pavona csn be aggressive.. and i dunno if i want a encrusting coral on my larger rocks.

The orange setosa is on the rock im thinming of swapping it too.. flow on both spots is medium to high, its just positioning one is higher up one is lower.

What do you guys think ? Here they both are. You can see the orange.gold colored pavona on the rock up top by the yellow tangs nose

Both of those are very tolerant to both high light and low light - grow faster and brighter color in high light and grow slower in lower. They should thrive in either case. I would just place these based on where you want to keep them.

Is the pavona aggressive ? What about the setosa. I ask because i would like to put ither corals on that larger rick diwn the road

Pavona can be. It is more of an LPS and can get some sweepers. Setosa will not bother anything that it is not touching (has grown into).

I'd leave it if it is doing well

Well i moved em.. broke the setosa in half.. geesh.. i guess i hsve two frags now.. hopefully it diesnt die from that.

I just didnt want an aggressive coral on a larger rock you know.. ?

Also is a green leptoseris aggressive ?
