can somebody help me!!!??. should i take this out? Can somebody tell me before i lose it out of sight?

Looks like a bristleworm to me. Some people say they are the devil, some people say they are fine.

My opinion is that they are harmless scavengers, but be aware that little guy will reproduce.

Reproduce??..magic word to take it out..lol thanks man! I have a fish tank not a worm tank
 
Agreed with Dorvilleid worm. They don't get terribly large, and consume detritus and uneaten food. I like diversity in my tank, and consider them an import part of the cleanup team (with the understanding, of course, that each tiny worm can't clean up very much on its own . . . ).

I'm a fan of worms as well. biodiversity is good in a tank and detritivores are great to have
 
I think it depends on what type of tank you are going for. In my experience bristleworms go after docile fish that just like to hang out, like seahorses, gobies, dragonet. If this is your goal get that thing out asap. If you are going to have more aggressive fish, leave it b/c the fish will have fun stalking it or trying to eat it.
